The Industrial Production Index Industrial Production Index increased 0.6% in June. However, for the second quarter as a whole, the Industrial Production Index declined 1%, its third consecutive quarterly decline. At 104.1% percent of its 2012 average, total industrial production in June was 0.7% percent lower than its year-earlier level.
