In the latest survey, the economists said that a period of lackluster growth is more likely than a recession. The risks come from weakness in Europe and a slowdown in China, as well as the possibility of the U.K. leaving the Eurozone. There is also the drama in the race for the presidency of the U.S., which leaves investors unsure of the direction of future policies on trade and immigration.
